 +Use TeraTerm and "blue USB Serial adaptor"

 +Set TerraTerm to 115200 8n1 and the appropriate COM port

 +  - Hold <key>SPACE</key> and power-on G90
 +  - Choose "1. Update F/W"
 +  - After "Erase" select F/W file to send in TerraTerm via "File → Transfer → XMODEM → Send

 +    - Power off Radio after transfer completes
 +  -  Move to Front Panel COM port
 +  - Hold <key>SPACE</key> and power-on G90 again
