Getting back into radio
I've got the radio bug again
HF
- New HF antenna - simple vertical on a 10m Sota-Pole after the old Racal mast holding up the Inverted-L collapsed this winter
- improved ground/radials (6/4/25)…. more work to be done
- Going back to “the old days” where I used 'phone more often
- Putting aside the CW keys/bugs for a while
- and also digimodes put to one side
- New HF Rig : FT-891 for SSB and 10m FM 'phone operation
- Portable “go box” with G90 being re-assembled
- New 7m Sota-Pole for portable operation
Other bands/modes
- DMR back online at home
- Full Duplex 2-timeslot hotspot
- 2m APRS I-Gate running again GM4SLV-2
