• Remove front propshaft
• remove UJs from previous front propshaft
• Install new Hardy Spicer UJs into front propshaft.
• Refit front propshaft
• Remove failed UJs from remaining front and rear propshafts and leave good ones in place. These propshafts to be cleaned and stored for future refurb as emergency spares
• Remove dash/facia and remove old wiper wheelboxes / drive rack cable.
• Fit new wiper wheelboxes and drive rack cable.
• Replace dash facia
• Replace rear o/s mudflap or remove all mudflaps - front are already missing

• Exhaust (middle & rear) removed
• New middle & rear fitted. Front (downpipe) is still in good condition
• Front propshaft removed.
• Previously removed (spare) front propshaft stripped of old UJs and new HD UJs fitted.
• Front propshaft replaced
• Oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter changed (169,000 miles)
• Passenger door lock un-seized (door card removed) and opened
• Wiper motor, drive rack and wheel boxes removed.
• unsure if wiper motor crank is okay - replace just in case
• New wiper wheel boxes fitted.
• Handbrake adjusted
• Passenger door window regulator faulty. New one needed.
• steering u/js oiled & greased
• door mechanisms oiled & greased

New drive rack DLE000010 is too short. Wrong type.

Paddock

• Wiper motor crank gear
• Wiper drive cable RTC202
• Front washer jet
• Stainless steel bolt kit for front door hinges
• Window regulator LH
• Headlamps (wipac halogen)

• Door hinges removed from bulkhead and j-nuts retreived.
• Waxoyl sprayed into door pillars
• Check-link channels removed to give extra access to pillars for waxoyl. Drivers channel will be replaced with new.
• Bumper : red-oxide and hammerite black spray paint
• Mud flap brackets (x4) removed
• Rear door spare wheel carrier removed. Plates put back, holes need covering.
• Rear propshaft removed, greased and replaced
• Coolant topped up

• Wiper drive cable installed
• Wiper motor crank insalled
• Wipers tested
• Washer jet installed
• Dash replaced
• Drivers door hinges replaced & door hung
• Passenger window regulator replaced
• Passenger door hinges replaced & door hung
• Body washed
• Underside washed
• Headlamps replaced

SP 4×4

• Premium rear door
• Plain glass (fitted)

Paddock

• Rear door lock sealing gasket
• Rear door lock circular seal
• Service filter kit

• Exhaust Strap ESR266

• Pressure wash
• Waxoyl underneath
• fit new crank arm to wiper motor
• fit new wiper drive cable
• refit wiper motor and test wiper operation
• fit new washer jet to front
• replace dash/trim etc.
• remove doors from hinges
• fit new window regulator to passenger door while on floor (easier?)
• remove door hinges from body and replace with new hinges & s/s bolts (copper grease bolts!)
  • drill out heads if too tight/rusted. Can then remove captive nuts easily.
• spray waxoyl into bulkhead openings while hinges are off
• waxoyl door interiors (inc. rear)
• remove rear door lining and spare wheel carrier
• top up coolant
• fit new headlamps and attempt to align
• lubricate rear propshaft UJs
• fit new channel/checklink to driver's door
• wire brush bumper & paint black
• remove carpet in rear / bulkhead
• remove mudflap brackets
• fit new number plate for rear - take V5 to JBs
• refit front number plate to bumper
• degrease engine bay
• pressure wash engine bay
• Fit new rear door
• Fit front door sill seals (with pop rivets)
• Fit window waist strips
• Fit ESR266 bracket
• Fit Rear Door lock seals
• Fan belt slipping
• Seal sunroof

• Driver's footwell corrosion! new footwell Dec 2018

• Exhaust downpipe bracket : ESR266. Broken bracket removed 18/6/17 to stop annoying rattles.
• Fit new LED lamps in dashboard Sept/Oct 2019

• Check handbrake for shoes binding - judder
• New rear door? Lock mouting plate very badly corroded, and spare wheel mount holes need covering. - ordered 8/6/17

• source heated rear window switch (YUF101500) and fit
• Drivers window seals - waist strip ordered 24/6/17

• Fit new towbar Not doing
• Headlight alignment Sept/Oct 2019
• Driver door - rattle/vibration and refit card : fixings == MXC1800 and MWC3136 or DA1411 (old card @ LRT?) : leave without cards on both doors for ease of lubrication
• Source new L/H front brake caliper RTC5573G (genuine AP @ Paddock £139) & replace both brake calipers O/S - Aug 2017 N/S - Dec 2018
• Replace antenna mount for HF antenna 22/5/17
• fit IC-M710
• Fit CG3000 ATU and move antenna mount to side for whip
• Spare wheel carrier? Not Doing
• Remove transfers on doors/body prior to Sept/Oct 2019
• Paint body with NATO Green military synthetic satin finish paint
• Fit FM1100 for 4m & antenna Not Doing
